that might be a trojan or a virus. Most of such malicious tools are detected by antiviruses as harmful to your computer. So the most safest method to download Windows 7 would be from Microsoft store where you can buy your own legitimate copy of Windows 7. Advantages include free technical support & updates from Microsoft. But people who are ready to take risk might still go to piratebay for torrent download of Windows 7.

there was always a chance to find a virus, thats everywhere, a constant on the internet, but don't act like people who torrent things are stupid, they have virus protection, hell, to make a crack they use a virus to do such, similar to how we make vaccines, you are talking about the smartest people on the internet, like they are fools... also, as much as you would like to refuse it, the programming skills displayed by crackers, are nothing to underestimate, but hey, if you want them boring through your firewall instead of cracking programs, i won't judge you...
